*Initial setup fee includes the paperwork and the use of the white label app code. It is due upfront, to initiate the production of the app. 

** Customization fees cover any modifications made to the base white label application beyond the standard included features. Since a white label app provides a ready-made foundation, customization fees apply when your organization requests enhanced functionality, design elements, integrations, or workflows that are not part of the default template.

*** App Usage fee covers essential ongoing costs to keep an app functional, secure, updated, and user-friendly, including bug fixes, server hosting, security patches, OS compatibility, user support, and adding new features, typically costing 15-20% of initial development costs annually to ensure longevity and competitiveness. These fees prevent app abandonment by addressing performance issues, security vulnerabilities, and changing user needs. The fee may increase overtime according to usage demands.
